Delete your BodyQuest account
For the BodyQuest app by ASANAR STUDIOS. You can delete your account and everything in it at any time, whether or not you still have the app.
In the app
- Open BodyQuest and go to Profile.
- Open Privacy and data.
- Press Delete my account and data and confirm.
It happens straight away.
Without the app
Email team@bodyquest.in from the email address your account is under, with the subject “Delete my BodyQuest account”. Writing from that address is how we know the request is yours. We delete the account within 7 days and reply to confirm.
What is deleted
Everything: your sign-in, profile and quiz answers, health and cycle answers, workouts, daily ticks, weight entries, weekly reviews, progress photos, reminder settings and the phones registered for reminders. None of it can be recovered afterwards.
If you bought your plan in the app
Deleting your account does not cancel the subscription — Google Play or the App Store keeps renewing it until you cancel it there. Please cancel it first:
- Android: open Google Play, tap your profile picture, then Payments & subscriptions, Subscriptions, BodyQuest, Cancel subscription.
- iPhone: Settings, your name, Subscriptions, BodyQuest, Cancel Subscription.
What is kept
Only the record of your payment, held by the payment provider and in our accounts, for as long as Indian tax law requires. Nothing about how you used the app is kept.
