Terms of use

BodyQuest is run by ASANAR STUDIOS, a partnership firm registered in India (GSTIN 03ACJFA7904Q1Z1), at Plot No. D-107, Industrial Area, Phase 7, Mohali, SAS Nagar, Punjab 160055, India. By using the app you agree to these terms. They are written to be read, so please do.

A daily companion for adult women: guided home workouts, everyday Indian food guidance, and simple tracking of your own progress. It gives general fitness and food-habit guidance. It does not diagnose, treat or manage any medical condition, and it does not replace your doctor.

Speak to a doctor before you start if any of these apply to you:

• you are pregnant, or gave birth in the last six months;
• you have a heart condition, high blood pressure, diabetes or a thyroid condition;
• you have a joint, back or pelvic floor problem, or a recent injury or surgery;
• you take regular medicine, or have been told to limit exercise or change your diet.

Stop straight away and get medical help if you feel chest pain, faintness, unusual breathlessness, heavy bleeding or sharp pain. Choose the gentler version of any move whenever you need to. The safety check in the app may pause workouts until you have spoken to a doctor, and that is on purpose.

Bodies differ, so results differ. BodyQuest does not promise any particular weight or measurement by any date.

You must be 18 or older. Your membership is for you alone: please do not share your sign-in. You sign in with a code sent to your email, so keep that email account secure.

Your access lasts for the period of the plan you joined. The price, payment and refund terms are the ones you agreed to when you joined. Deleting your account does not refund a membership automatically.

Inside the Android or iPhone app you can buy a plan of one month, three months or one year. The price is shown by Google Play or the App Store, in rupees, before you pay, and the store takes the payment.

Plans renew automatically at the end of each period, at the same price, until you cancel. You can cancel at any time in the store: on Android in Google Play under Payments & subscriptions, on iPhone in Settings under your name, then Subscriptions. After you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for, and nothing more is charged. If the price ever changes, the store tells you before it applies to you.

Refunds for in-app purchases are handled by the store under its own refund policy, and our money-back guarantee below applies on top of it. Deleting your BodyQuest account or the app does not cancel a store subscription — cancel it in the store as well.

If you follow your BodyQuest plan and do not see results, you can have your money back. "Following the plan" means doing your workouts in the app on at least 60 of your first 90 days; the app records them, so you can check this yourself in Progress.

Write to us within 104 days of your first payment, from the email your plan is under. We refund everything you paid for BodyQuest in those 90 days — to the original payment method, through Google Play, the App Store or our website's payment provider — and your plan ends. One refund per person.

The workouts, videos, voice guidance, meal plans, pictures and text in BodyQuest belong to ASANAR STUDIOS. You may use them for yourself. Please do not copy, record, share, sell or publish them, try to get into other people's accounts, or interfere with how the app works. If an account is misused we may pause or close it, and we will tell you why.

The privacy notice explains what we keep, why, and how to delete your account.

We keep improving BodyQuest, so screens, workouts and meals will change over time. We work to keep the app running, but it may sometimes be unavailable for maintenance or reasons outside our control. If these terms change in a way that matters, we will update the version date above and tell you in the app.

We take care to make BodyQuest safe and accurate, and we are responsible for what the law makes us responsible for. We are not responsible for harm that comes from ignoring the health guidance above or a doctor's advice. Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under Indian consumer law.
